• You own the rights to the photos you upload, or have clear permission to use them
• Your content does not violate any copyright, privacy, or third-party rights
• Your content is not unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate

Beloved Moment reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conditions.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• Payment must be made in full before your order is processed
• All prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated
• Payments are handled securely through third-party payment providers

As this is a digital, customised service, orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.

Once your order is complete, your final video will be delivered digitally via the email address provided or through a downloadable link.

Delivery time typically ranges between 24–72 hours, but may vary depending on demand and complexity.

Beloved Moment is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or technical issues outside our control.

Each order includes one (1) free revision, allowing you to request reasonable changes to the final video.

Any additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee, depending on the nature of the request.

Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once work has started, except in the following circumstance:

• If, after exhausting all revision options, we are still unable to provide an acceptable result, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload.

Beloved Moment retains ownership of all website content, branding, designs, and systems, including logos, graphics, text, and website structure.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of our website or service without written permission.

By default, Beloved Moment may use customer reviews, testimonials, and completed videos for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

If you do not wish your content to be used for marketing, you may opt out at any time by contacting support@belovedmoment.com.

Beloved Moment is not liable for:

• Emotional distress beyond the nature of the service provided

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
